1. Service Description

CONECTA offers video editing services for social media, commercial displays, and digital content. The basic service, called Basic to Professional Video Editing, includes specific elements described in the offer and can be complemented with additional customized services.

2. Simple Editing – Immediate Reach

The package starts at $25 USD and includes:

• Dynamic editing of up to 2 minutes
• Visual cover optimized for social media
• Basic subtitling (auto-generated or provided)
• Background music
• Simple sound effects
• Visual identity adaptation (colors, fonts, logo)
• Calls to action
• Export in a format optimized for platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

This service does not include elaborate graphic design, complex animations, editing with multiple recording sources, or professional script review. If you require these, please indicate so that they can be quoted as additional services.

3. Additional Services

The following services have an additional cost:

• AI-powered image and video generation
• Artificial intelligence voiceover
• Voiceover with a voice-over artist
• Integration of real client images
• Logo animation
• Custom animated design
• Creative consulting (ideas, scripts, strategies)
• Videos for screens (menus, receptions, offices)
• URGENT jobs.

Prices will be quoted based on the complexity and duration requested.

4. Service Limitations

• The service does not include on-location recording, in-person interviews, or on-site video production.
• Professional product or staff photography is not included.
• Any requirements not specified in the description must be quoted as additional.

5. Delivery Terms

• Estimated turnaround time for simple editing: 2 to 4 business days, starting from the delivery of complete materials (video, text, logo, references).
• Delivery is in digital format (.mp4) via a download link or Google Drive.

6. Changes and Revisions

• The simple editing service includes one (1) round of minor corrections.
• Structural changes, editing of new material, or substantial modifications will be quoted separately.
• Clarity in the initial instructions is recommended to avoid additional charges.

7. Payment Method

• 100% payment is due in advance by bank transfer, deposit, or agreed-upon method. •⁠  ⁠No work is started without payment confirmation.

8. Consulting

• The hourly rate for creative, technical, or strategic consulting is $1,000 MXN per hour, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
• Consulting sessions are online and subject to availability.
• In-person consultations will have an additional cost based on the appointment location.

9. Use of Content

• The client is responsible for securing the rights to use the materials they provide (videos, logos, songs, images).
• The agency is not responsible for claims arising from the client's unauthorized use of content.

10. Cancellations

• There are no refunds once the editing process has begun.
• In the event of cancellation before the start, 70% of the payment received will be refunded.

11. Billing

• Published prices do not include VAT.
• An invoice must be requested at the time of payment.

12. Acceptance

The customer accepts these terms by making any payment and/or confirming their editing request.
