The CONECTA agency offers video editing services for social media, commercial displays, and digital content. The basic service, called Basic to Professional Video Editing, includes specific elements described in the offer and can be complemented with additional customized services.

2.⁠ ⁠Simple Editing – Immediate Reach

The package starts at $500 MXN and includes:

•⁠ ⁠Dynamic editing of up to 2 minutes
•⁠ ⁠Visual cover optimized for social media
•⁠ ⁠Basic subtitling (auto-generated or provided)
•⁠ ⁠Background music
•⁠ ⁠Simple sound effects
•⁠ ⁠Visual identity adaptation (colors, fonts, logo)
•⁠ ⁠Calls to action
•⁠ ⁠Export in a format optimized for platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

This service does not include elaborate graphic design, complex animations, editing with multiple recording sources, or professional script review. If you require these, please indicate so they can be quoted as additional services.

3.⁠ ⁠Additional services

The following services have an additional cost:

•⁠ ⁠Image and video generation using AI
•⁠ ⁠Voiceover with artificial intelligence
•⁠ ⁠Voice-over with Announcer
•⁠ ⁠Integration of real images of the client
•⁠ ⁠Logo animation
•⁠ ⁠Custom animated design
•⁠ ⁠Creative consulting (ideas, scripts, strategies)
•⁠ ⁠Videos for screens (menus, receptions, offices)
•⁠ ⁠URGENT jobs.

Prices will be quoted based on the complexity and duration requested.

4.⁠ ⁠Service Limitations

•⁠ ⁠The service does not include on-location recording, in-person interviews, or on-site video production.
•⁠ ⁠Does not include professional product or personal photography.
•⁠ ⁠Any requirement not specified in the description must be quoted as additional.

5. Delivery conditions

•⁠ ⁠Estimated delivery time for simple editing: 2 to 4 business days, counting from the complete delivery of materials (video, text, logo, references).
•⁠ ⁠Delivery is made in digital format (.mp4) via download link or Google Drive.

6.⁠ ⁠Changes and revisions

•⁠ ⁠The simple editing service includes one (1) round of minor corrections.
•⁠ ⁠Structural changes, editing of new material or substantial modifications will be quoted separately.
•⁠ ⁠Clarity in the initial instruction is recommended to avoid additional charges.

7. Payment Method

•⁠ ⁠100% payment is made in advance by transfer, deposit, or agreed method.
•⁠ ⁠No work is started without payment confirmation.

8. Consultations

•⁠ ⁠The hourly rate for creative, technical, or strategic consulting is $1,000 MXN per hour, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
•⁠ ⁠Consultations are online and subject to availability on the agenda.
•⁠ ⁠In-person consultations will have an additional cost depending on the location of the appointment.

9.⁠ ⁠Use of content

•⁠ ⁠The client is responsible for having the rights to use the materials they provide (videos, logos, songs, images).
•⁠ ⁠The agency is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of content by the client.

10.⁠ ⁠Cancellations

•⁠ ⁠There are no refunds once the editing process has started.
•⁠ ⁠In case of cancellation before starting, 70% of the payment received will be refunded.

11.⁠ ⁠Billing

•⁠ ⁠Published prices do not include VAT.
•⁠ ⁠An invoice must be requested at the time of payment.

12. Acceptance

The customer accepts these terms by making any payment and/or confirming their editing request.
